City of Dragons

Script: Co-written by Paul Brown and Marc Brown.

Storyline: City Of Dragons is the as-yet-untold story of how a young Bruce Lee and his friend Ah Hing came of age in the British-ruled Hong Kong in the 1950s, and learned Kung Fu from Yip Man. The story is told by Bruce Lee’s best friend and mentor, Ah Hing, now famously known as Grandmaster William Cheung.

Status: Co-production with John Woo and Terence Chang's Lion Rock Productions (Face/Off, Mission:Impossible II), and Blue Star Movies (Merchant of Venice). Fruit Chan attached to direct. Will shoot in Asia, late 2008. A worldwide talent search is currently underway for the two leads.
