Storyline: Frank Taylor has everything he's ever dreamed of -- a great job, a home in the suburbs, a terrific wife and kids. And he's about to land the biggest client his firm has ever had. Unfortunately, he's been so focused on his career that he hasn’t taken the time to notice how poorly his son, Burton, is settling into his junior high school. When father and son take in a baseball game, the last straw breaks when Burton catches a homerun ball and Frank is too preoccupied on a business call to even notice. An old usher at the ballpark shares an old legend with Burton: if you catch a homerun ball, you can make a wish!

Burton wishes that his father would get a chance to see what his world is like. The next day when Frank gets to work, he discovers that everyone at his office (although they all look the same as normal) are acting as if they are in junior high school! Frank becomes a target for the office bullies, his attempts to woo the new important client go horribly awry due to teen-style pranks and he is in danger of not only losing the prized account but his job as well.
